Mamee Ghost Pepper Chicken

1. Mix DAEBAK Battermix with water by using a wire whisk.

2. Soak the chicken in the batter for at least 30 minutes.

3. Deep-fry the chicken at 160ยฐC for 6 minutes. Set aside.

4. To get the best crunchiness, deep-fry the chicken at 180ยฐC for another 2 minutes.

5. Immediately toss the fried chicken with DAEBAK Multipurpose Ghost Pepper Sauce. Ready to serve...
